Apprentices have access to ACE360, which ensures they can access our resources.

We provide Mock Assessments including clear guidance and structure to allow apprentices to prepare effectively.
Support
We have a dedicated team and bespoke special considerations and adjustment policies to suit all apprentice needs.
Grading
We provide all apprentices full feedback for assessments, not just a grade.
Employer Support
Selection
Employers can decide who you select as your EPAO. You can book ORCA directly or through your training provider.
ACE360 Access
Employers will have access to ACE360, allowing you to track progression through end-point assessment. This dynamic approach allows employers to be responsive to apprentice needs and offer support.
Resources
Employers will have access to the same resources and reporting system as providers and apprentices, allowing you to follow the EPA process.
Provider Support
Provider Guidance
We provide a guidance document that includes everything the apprentice needs to be taught before gateway completion.
It contains all the required information for tutors, enabling tutors to be able to deliver successfully.
Apprentice Guidance
We provide Apprentice Guidance documents which detail the assessment requirements and ensure the apprentice understands what they will be doing.
Mock Assessment
We provide Mock Assessments including clear guidance and structure to allow apprentices to prepare effectively. Providers also benefit, as mock assessments help you prepare the apprentices.
